These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Trybe, the platform that connects people living abroad with others from their homeland through communities and optional dating. Trybe is operated by Panthergaze Ltd. By creating an account or using Trybe, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are a draft prepared for the operator's review before publication. Where a fact depends on information the operator must confirm (registered address, governing law, refund policy), it is shown as [Owner to provide …]. It is not yet a published document.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you choose to use Trybe Dating, you must confirm that you are at least 18 before opting in. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done through your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not create accounts for someone else without their permission, or in a way that misrepresents who you are.
Trybe Communities are free for eligible members. General chat, submitting topics, commenting, and replying are all free. Messages within the community section are separate from your private Messages.
Topic approval. Every new topic a member submits requires admin approval before it is published. While pending, a topic is visible only to its author and to authorised moderators. Moderators may approve a topic, reject it with a reason (so the author can revise and resubmit it), remove it, pin it, or close it to new replies.

Members can report content or other members. We review reports and may remove content, warn, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these Terms. If your content or account is restricted and you believe this was an error, you can appeal by emailing trybehelp@gmail.com.

Trybe, operated by Panthergaze Ltd, provides a platform for people to connect. Users are responsible for their own communications, interactions and decisions to meet others, whether online or in person.
Trybe and Panthergaze Ltd do not guarantee any user's identity, intentions, background or trustworthiness. Users should take time to get to know others and exercise caution before meeting anyone they have connected with online.
For your safety, arrange first meetings in public places, tell someone you trust about your plans, arrange your own transport, and avoid sending money or sharing sensitive personal or financial information. Report suspicious behaviour, harassment or threats through the platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trybe and Panthergaze Ltd are not liable for users' conduct or the outcomes of interactions or meetings between users. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or removes users' statutory rights.

Dating is optional and restricted to adults aged 18 and over. Free members can discover compatible people of any nationality within their country of residence. Swipe right or tap Like to express interest, swipe left or tap Pass to skip. Free members receive 10 successful new likes per day in total; passes are unlimited. Mutual matching and messaging with an active match are free. Likes reset at midnight UTC, and the next reset time is shown in your local timezone. Only successful new likes count toward the daily allowance; duplicate or failed requests and profile views do not. Limits are enforced on the server.
Trybe Plus unlocks unlimited likes (with abuse prevention), Passport Mode for dating discovery in other countries, the ability to see who liked you before matching, the ability to undo your most recent accidental pass, and additional filters for languages, interests, and relationship intention.
Trybe Plus costs €6.99 per month, renews automatically each month, and can be cancelled.
When you subscribe, you choose a monthly plan and authorise recurring payments through our payment processor, Stripe, which will charge your chosen payment method each month. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Dating Settings page or from the subscription card on your profile. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access to Trybe Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription at period end in the same way.
We do not issue automatic refunds for past paid periods when you cancel. If you wish to request a refund, email trybehelp@gmail.com and we will consider your request. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including any statutory right of withdrawal that may apply to you. Trybe and its content, branding, and software are owned by Trybe and its licensors. You keep the rights to content you post, and you grant Trybe a limited licence to display and operate that content so we can provide the service to you and others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that are reported and found in breach, or that present a risk to the safety of the platform or its members. We will tell you about the action and the reason where practical, and you may appeal by contacting us. [Owner to confirm process and timeframes.]
Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time from the “Delete account” section under your profile. When you do, any active subscription is cancelled at the end of your current paid period (no further renewals), your personal data is permanently deleted as described in the Privacy Policy, and your login is removed. Community content you authored stays visible but with your name and photo removed. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Trybe is provided “as is”. Opinions and advice shared by members are their own and are not endorsed by Trybe. Our liability for users' conduct and the outcomes of interactions or meetings between users is addressed in section 6. Where not prohibited by law, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or a nominal amount. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Trybe after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
